NOTES:

1) May 29, 1932 was a Sunday. [N.B. In an article by Kathleen O'Donnell Hoover published in The Musical Quarterly (July, 1939) p.348, seven years after this note was written, says: "He [Charpentier] lives quietly in the same small apartment on the Boulevard Rochechouart, in he shadow of his beloved Sacré Coeur, that he has occupied for the last forty years."

2) Recipient's name is undetermined.
